I have always worked with the Earth and the universe in co-creation, aware of our true nature and how today there are so many distractions from the powers we have to create in this world, alongside our family within the plant, animal and spirit realms.

I just never had a name to describe my spiritual practice and relationship to the Earth, until I found it within my ancestral wisdom traditions, of the divine Muse and Awen.

But, before this clarity came thorugh... I spent years seeking spiritual guidance from cultures across the world. After going through an awakening at 16 years old after the passing of my father I was introduced to the spirits of the Earth here in Wales, and as an artist I was seeking mythical wisdom and reflections upon my own experiences. Then, after years within the modern esoteric and occult world, I found all that I was seeking within the stories, myths and spiritual traditions from the Celtic lands, hidden within Welsh manuscripts and buried within the sacred sites that surround me. 

Now, I share Celtic wisdom teachings in person and online through ceremony, workshops and embodied practice. I invite you into this deep remembering through study, embodiment and community through embarking on one very special story which encompasses the history and mythology of the Awen, the sacred Muse, and the Cauldron of Awen.

I have been through the otherworld, into the underworld and have risen like the Phoenix.

By age 25, both parents had passed away from mental health-related struggles, leaving me to navigate grief while transforming generational trauma into sacred medicine. This profound initiation, including my mother introducing me to the spirit realm, became the foundation for everything that followed - my journey of re-enchanting the world through the keys I found within my ancestral spiritual lore.
