About Me

I have been through the otherworld, into the underworld and have risen like the Phoenix.

By age 25, both parents had passed away from mental health-related struggles, leaving me to navigate grief while transforming generational trauma into sacred medicine. This profound initiation, including my mother introducing me to the spirit realm, became the foundation for everything that followed - my journey of re-enchanting the world through the keys I found within my ancestral spiritual lore.

I studied Contemporary Design & Craft at university where I found a book on Celtic artefacts. Today, I am a teacher of Celtic wisdom, ceremonialist, artist and storyteller specialising in the spiritual traditions of Wales and Britain. After years of seeking meaning around the world, I discovered that what I looking for was hidden within the myths, landscapes, and ancestral memory of my home.

Through deep research, communion with the spirits of the land, and hosting workshops, I am constantly uncovering the animistic heart of British spirituality. I've guided hundreds of souls home to their Celtic roots through storytelling, ceremony, and the ancient sacred force of divine inspiration known as Awen.

My mission is simple: to help you remember what your ancestors knew - that you are part of an unbroken lineage of mystics, poets, and wisdom keepers who worked with the Earth as their muse, whose knowledge flows through your very DNA.
